To participate in the contest and try to win two round-trip plane tickets to Bali, with a maximum value of €2000, (€2000 will be send via bank transfer), participants must fulfil the following conditions:

* Purchase at least one Bali guide @lesmoonwalkers priced at €14.90 (price valid from March 10 to March 12, 2024) or €19.90 (price valid from March 13 to March 24, 2024). Each purchase of a Bali guide @lesmoonwalkers equals one entry into the contest. If the buyer purchases 2 e-books = two chances to win and so on. Purchases must be made on the website www.lesmoonwalkers.com

* Be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

* Respect the participation dates set between March 10, 2024, and March 24, 2024. 


Participants must purchase at least one Bali guide @lesmoonwalkers priced at €14.90 (price valid from March 10 to March 12, 2024) or €19.90 (price valid from March 13 to March 24, 2024) on the website www.lesmoonwalkers.com to be eligible for the draw. This purchase must take place between March 10 and March 24, 2024. No other form of participation will be considered.

The rules of the contest have been deposited with a judicial officer to ensure compliance with the current legal standards. The rules have been deposited with the company SELARL BONNAMY-VIZOSO & LÉO located at 23 rue Jardel 33100, Bordeaux, France. It is this same firm that will conduct the draw on March 25, 2024. The draw will be conducted by one of the two Judicial Officers. The draw will be made from an EXCEL list containing all the individuals who have purchased one or more Bali guides @lesmoonwalkers between March 10 and March 24, 2024. The presence of the Organizer is not required.

The draw will be conducted by one of the two Judicial Officers of the company SELARL BONNAMY- VIZOSO & LÉO, among all eligible buyers of the Bali guides @lesmoonwalkers, on March 25, 2024. The winner will be contacted by @lesmoonwalkers on March 26, 2024, via private message on Instagram and/ or by email to obtain their contact details in order to receive their prize. The winner must provide the Organizer with valid proof of identity as well as a bank account statement.

There will be only one winner who can enjoy the prize. The prize of the contest consists of two round-trip plane tickets to Bali, with a maximum value of €2000. The departure city, airline, and class are not important as long as the amount does not exceed €2000. The winner will be solely responsible for booking the plane tickets. The Organizer therefore undertakes to transfer €2000 to the winner of the contest so that they can proceed with the booking of the tickets themselves or use the amount as they wish. The amount will be transferred by bank account within 14 days following the announcement of the contest results. The prize is neither refunded nor exchanged or replaced by another item or service for any reason whatsoever. The Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents and accidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the awarded prize and due to its use. From the award of their prize, the winner is solely responsible for its use. The winner must use their prize in accordance with its purpose and applicable law.

The contest is open to all buyers of the Bali guide @lesmoonwalkers worldwide (provided the buyer is 18 years old).

Personal information collected as part of the contest will be used for the management of the contest and the sending of newsletters from @lesmoonwalkers, and will not be shared with third parties without the prior authorization of the participant. Your data will be processed by the Organizer to allow participation and the allocation of prizes to the winner. Otherwise, the participation will be considered null. The information collected as part of the Game may be used for commercial prospecting purposes, subject to obtaining the prior agreement of the participant via the checkbox present on the registration form for the Game. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, you have in particular the right to access, rectify, delete, request a limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons and the right to object to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes as well as the right to give us instructions on the fate of your data after your death.

The Organizer may request the permission of the winner of the game, who has accepted the prize, to publish, in any public promotional event related to this operation, as well as in subsequent communication operations on the Organizer’s brands, their name, first name, and city of the winner, exploited together or separately, without this use entitling them to any remuneration, right, or advantage other than the award of their prize. Finally, the Organizing Company may request the winner’s permission to publish, free of charge, on its Instagram page @lesmoonwalkers, their name and first name for a period of one year from the draw and designation of said winner. Furthermore, with prior agreement, the winner authorizes the Organizer to take photos of the prize won and to publish them on its Instagram page.

Participation in this contest implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or extend this contest in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance beyond their control. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any technical problems, malfunction, or interruption of the Instagram network that may prevent participation in the contest. Participants acknowledge and accept that this contest is neither managed nor sponsored by Instagram and therefore release Instagram from any liability related to this contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules or to cancel the contest in the event of force majeure, without its liability being incurred.
